Amazing rental for a family. Their description and photos are spot-on. The kitchen was awesome and had all the utensils/pots/pans we needed to make great family meals together. We loved watching all the birds come to the feeders in their back yard, especially the hummingbirds! Great outdoor space, with something for all ages! The host was super responsive to messages and very helpful. We've already recommended this house to another family!

Great location, beautiful property. Fun place to go with small kids. They loved the playground in the backyard and all the wild animals. Very clean with lots of room. Great place for cooking and eating both indoors and out. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We rented this country home for our yearly family vacation with our two adult sons and daughter-in-law. We planned to visit friends at the AF Academy, hike the Incline (well...the kids...not the us old peeps), see Pikes Peak, and do some hiking in the area. While the weather didn't cooperate with our plans for a couple of days, we were still able to thoroughly enjoy our time at the house. The kitchen is great! I made 2 meals while we were there and all the things you would want in a kitchen were accessible! The bedrooms were perfect for our situation and 2 baths were a plus for all of us! Another plus was the ability to do laundry while we were there. The 7-acre property is beautiful! While it's just a few minutes from a King Sooper and other shopping, it is completely in the country. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place!The location is about 30 minutes from Manitou Springs and all it offers, and it's about 15 minutes from most things at the AF Academy (you can only get on base with military ID). We would all vote to stay there again!

Lisa and family were awesome guests. I must be jet -lagged from my own vacation yet as I (thought) I rated them 5 across the board, but I see only 4 stars for ‘house rules’! Lisa was lovely to communicate with, followed ALL house rules, left the home as clean as when they arrived. Perfect guests!
