Hello! My name is Tim Hobson and I'm a Colorado native born and raised in Colorado. I've been in Colorado Springs since 1988 working as an IT Project Manager for 30 years. I've finally decided to break away from the life in a cubical and go back to my love of working with customers. I was a llama / fishing outfitter/guide back in the early 90's. I have backpacked and camped all over Colorado. My main goal is to insure you have a wonderful time when you come to stay in my home. I will go out of my way to make sure you're comfortable, cozy, entertained and happy during your stay. Therefore, this is not just your standard rental. You just can't beat the view from my back deck. I've had many people visit my home and are 'jaw dropped' when they walk out onto my back deck. It really is spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets are soothing to the soul. The hot tub experience is magical. You just won't believe how beautiful it is. Watching the sun go down over Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods and then star gazing into the night is an experience of a lifetime. Of course, location is everything when you come to Colorado Springs. My home is in the heart of so many wonderful attractions.
