Perfect apartment for a long weekend in Madrid. Located in quieter part of the city but just a few metro stops from all the sights. Apartment was well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable and the balcony gets lovely morning sun, perfect for a cup of coffee. Rosa was helpful and wonderfully accommodating when we had a snag in our travel itinerary.

This is a great spot if you want to be in the heart of the city - hospitals and clinics close by (why we were there), Ritiro park, amazing restaurants and cafes, etc. Also, Rosa is the best host ever - sent all sorts of helpful info ahead of time and checked in during the trip and helped translate a few things. She was awesome.

Great stay! Located in a safe, quiet, upscale area with a plethora of easily walkable cafes, restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable- security/concierge in lobby, 2 elevators & dishwasher, washer/dryer. The apartment was very clean and decor was stylish and comfortable. The terrace was so great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The owner made sure we could easily check in and check out and was so helpful in providing insights for great spots in Madrid.

Great spot out of the busy centre

The location was quiet. The beds and furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, great shower and most enjoyed the patio, even though it was still the winter months. Thank you for hosting us.

Everything was exactly as described. We went in March and Rosa already had beautiful flowers on the terrace. The place was spotless, internet was perfect, clear house instructions (in Spanish and English), and very roomy for the three of us (traveled with my husband and daughter). Beds are comfy (note that in the description you need to request in advance if you want the bed in the main bedroom to be converted from twins to a king). The location is perfect - the neighborhood is lively, safe, and quiet at night (or at least quiet for us on the upper floor). You will not go hungry - there are dozens of restaurants within a five minute walk. And there are at least two metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk.Rosa was very responsive and even gave us restaurant and taxi tips. We felt like we were borrowing a real home, not just renting. I highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully stay again the next time we are in Madrid.

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO property in Salamanca was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained the space was. It perfectly balanced charm and comfort—stylish yet welcoming, with every detail clearly considered. The location could not have been better. Nestled in the heart of Salamanca, we were able to walk everywhere, from historic landmarks to lively plazas filled with cafés and music. After long days exploring, it was such a pleasure to return to a peaceful, spotless, and cozy retreat. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for anything we needed, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was everyones (Rosa, Elena, Domi) hospitality. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Rosa provided helpful recommendations that made our trip even richer. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid It was the perfect place to experience the beauty, culture, and warmth of this incredible city.
