Welcome to your perfect Sanibel escape. This bright and comfortable Gulf front condo sits in highly sought-after Building 1 at Loggerhead Cay, just a few steps from the soft white sand and sparkling shoreline. Enjoy wide, unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and the glass-enclosed lanai, where you can relax in comfort no matter the weather.

Located on the island’s convenient East End, you’ll have easy access to the Causeway, nearby bike paths, and Sanibel’s shops and restaurants.

The condo is bright, spotless, and airy, featuring relaxing Tommy Bahama–style rattan décor.

SANIBEL AND HURRICANE IAN
Sanibel continues to recover beautifully from Hurricane Ian. Loggerhead Cay was one of the first complexes to complete restoration. Interior photos are current as of January 2024. Many restaurants and shops have reopened; check the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce for updates.

This is our family’s beloved vacation home, and we look forward to sharing it with you. All fees are included, and there are no hidden charges.

Great place wonderful views

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked with things. Love the view and access to the beach. Only problem encountered was elevator did not work consistently. Made it difficult to move luggage to load and unload car. Fortunately it was just one flight of stairs.

A Bit of Paradise in Sanibel

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. From the first contact with Stephanie, she was awesome and worked with us to get our dates perfect. Her condo is clean, perfect, and exactly as described, only more beautiful! She purchased lounge chairs for her condo for our use. We will return.

Beautiful Condo

Highly recommend this condo! It’s beautiful and perfectly located, both on the island and on the Loggerhead property. Easy access to the beach, the pool, and the elevator. We had everything we needed in the condo, and more. It’s extremely well stocked. Stephanie is a wonderful host and was very responsive when we had any questions.

Vacation at Sanibel Island

We had a fabulous visit to Loggerhead Cay. This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back again. The property was amazing and one of the best places we have stayed at Sanibel. Thumbs up! Very nice condo with the best beach gear in a vacation unit!

Awesome place!

The place was great! We loved the storage unit on the 1st floor. It felt like home & we had everything we needed! We loved the bike riding & rented from Billys Rental Place! It was a beautiful island! However, we did not enjoy the no seems bugs!

Wonderful condo!

The unit is clean, comfortable, great location. Beds were comfortable and since it rained most of our stay, the condo was relaxing. There is everything you need, from towels, kitchen items, to beach items. The owner let us know that the elevator was being repaired and keot in touch with us. Will definitely return!

We did not end up staying the whole time because of other circumstances but the owner was excellent and tried hard to make our stay comfortable.

If only Hurricane Ian stayed away!

Stephanie’s condo is more than you could ever want. She’s right on the beach & has everything you can possibly need during your stay - and the things you didn’t know you needed but want! Fully stocked kitchen - beach items - games - hundreds of books to choose from - EVERYTHING. It felt like home. Our vacation sadly was cut short by Hurricane Ian but this is a place that we would go back yearly. Sanibel has been my heaven on earth since 1975 and I can’t wait to return. Stephanie kept checking in on us to alert us of the coming storm. She was very glad when we said we were evacuating. You won’t go wrong staying in her unit at Loggerhead. She really cares that you have a great stay and does everything she can to make sure you do! Hope to see you soon Sanibel!!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!!!!

This home is amazing. The host Stephanie has thought of everything you could possibly need or want and then raised it 100%. She also helped us with any questions while we were there. The location and the view of the ocean is outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely condo that felt like home

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spotless, and Stephanie has thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and beyond. It truly felt like home right away. The beds are comfortable, the view is outstanding, and the beach and shelling were great. We can't wait to book a trip to come back.

Wedding/Honeymoon

Immaculate! My fiancé' and I planned on getting married on Sanibel and came across Stephanie's place while searching for places to stay. From the moment we arrived, until the time we left, we just could not believe we found such a wonderful place. The cleanliness was unbelievable! The view wonderful! The amenities were above and beyond! You have everything you need at your fingertips right there inside the condo. Highly recommend Stephanie's place and will stay here again when returning to Sanibel! Thank you Stephanie for making our wedding week one we will never forget!!!

Great Condo

Our trip to Sanibel didn’t start out as expected as we had a huge delay with our flight so we didn’t get to the condo until very late at night. Parking spot was easily found and condo was easily accessible. Condo was well equipped with everything that you would need for a beach vacation on Sanibel including beach chairs, towels, wagon, and even shelling nets. And did I say that it is steps to the beach with a great view…We had a great stay and would definitely book this condo again.. would give more stars if possible!

Perfect!

Couldn’t have asked for an easier & better stay than in Stephanie’s place. Everything was exactly as described and the entire condo was stocked with literally anything you could need for you stay—from spices in the kitchen to beach supplies & towels. As a bonus, if you’re like me and completely forgot I needed to print a parking pass prior to checking in, she even has a wireless printer that was a breeze to connect to and print the pass wirelessly from my phone. Not having a key to worry about the whole time was wonderful, and we never had any issues with the Yale lock while there. The only issues we encountered were plumbing-related and the vacation rental agency took care of the problems immediately. This unit is not technically one of the first beachfront ones, but the views are fantastic. There is also an endless supply of books are your disposal for beach reading. The only thing I would change is the folding doors to the master suite; they were a little difficult to latch at times and the noise from the living room was louder than expected being that they don’t touch the floor. A very minor note, though. I would highly recommend staying here if it’s available!!

Had everything you would need and more Loved the beach cart to haul our chairs Never had that available in a rental Also having flashlights and a battery powered lantern was a godsend when power went out for a few hours during a storm Having good pots and pans are rare too We had a great time!!!

Sanibel Loggerhead stay

Our Sanibel stay at Loggerhead Cay was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped and has a wonderful view of the beach and the gulf. We enjoyed pickleball and the great pool at Loggerhead.

Perfect Place for a Summer Break

Loved this property and we all enjoyed it so much. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys were all included. It was plenty spacious for our family of four. Very clean and close to so many things. We just love Sanibel and would gladly stay here again! Our teens loved it too. The ocean view was a beautiful sight to have every day and it was just a minute walk to the beach.
