Resort Policies

* Amenity fee: A $15 per person user fee (ages 5 and older) is required. This includes up to two parking passes and wristbands for amenity access. A pre-payment link will be included in your confirmation email. Guests must register at least 3 days prior to arrival or risk being denied access to parking and amenities.
* Maximum occupancy: Occupancy, including children, is strictly limited per Florida State Fire Codes based on square footage. Exceeding this limit will result in a denied check-in with no refund.
* Pet policy: Pets are not permitted.
* Floor level: This unit is located on the 5th floor.
* Guest entry: Access is provided via a secure E-lock with a unique code generated for each stay.
* Age requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
