Clean, well-furnished, great location!

We had a great stay at Northshore Urban Overlook! We were there for a short stay with kids. We enjoyed being able to walk to Coolidge Park, the aquarium, Children’s Museum, great restaurants and Publix! The rental was well stocked with anything we could have needed! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Stay in North Shore

Had a fantastic trip with my wife and three grown kids. Pictures are accurate, very clean and comfortable. 2- car garage very convenient. Excellent location, walkable to sites, bars restaurants, river walk

Great property for multiple people

This was a great property. There were a lot of nice touches with toiletries, welcome snacks, coffee and tea, and more. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was nicely decorated. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the garage door. We would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chattanooga.

I highly recommend this property. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location on the North Shore is great— close walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It is an easy 15 minute walk across the bridge to the aquarium and downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, and many other amenities were thoughtfully provided. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

one tiny idea - for the main floor where we all share a bathroom - maybe have a mirror in the bedrooms so people who just need the mirror (makeup, skin care, etc) don’t take up time in the morning away from people who need the toilet or shower. Fantastic experience staying with you all! Thank you for being such great hosts!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the recommendation. We actually do have full length mirrors in each bedroom. They are located on the walls behind the closet barn doors. I understand how they would have been easy to miss if those doors weren't moved. So sorry! We would love to have you back again in the future at any of our 9 North Ridge Escapes properties!

Being your host is fun and meaningful because I love providing a beautiful space where you can relax, make fun memories with those you love, and find rest for your heart, soul, and mind.

I started hosting our first rental as a fun side project, but soon discovered that we wanted to keep growing our business through building new homes that are specifically designed for our guests. We took 5 of our 8 North Ridge Escapes properties from empty lots to the beautiful furnished properties available today! It’s a new found love and form of art with a meaningful purpose.

My husband and I have been married for over 17 years and love living in Chattanooga. We are enjoying these short, sweet, and crazy years as parents of four children! We love our church, Calvary Chapel Northside, and enjoy family adventures outside as much as possible.
