Great location for walking into downtown TC and driving to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Well appointed kitchen. I liked having a small dining area for up to 4 people. Spacious bedroom and bathroom that was comfortable for 2 people staying together for a week. I missed soft lamp lighting and additional seating options in living room. While this space fit the bill for a week vacation, it was missing comfy/cozy vibes with decor, furnishings, and lamp lighting.

This unit was very nice and quiet. You can hear someone walking above you, but not too loud like some places where there is cheap insulation. This building was well thought out it seems. There was a mechanical room seperating the units, that housed the AC unit, which to me is genius. The unit as well as the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and baking if you care to do so. The people next door did have a barking dog that was the only negative. The sheets were pilling and did not sleep well. Overall the unit was immaculate!

Beautiful stay! Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location couldn’t be beat! In the heart of town but very quiet. Check in was also flawless and we loved the fact that check out was as simple as packing and locking the door on the way out. We will definitely look forward to vacationing at this location again!

Beautifully appointed and clean condo, everything that you could possibly need (we stayed 3 weeks). Walkable to everything. Sabrina was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend! Be aware that parking spots are tight.
