Convenient Location

Host was very helpful and accommodating! Updated decor and clean. Met our needs. Be aware, bedroom on upper level between living room and kitchen lacks privacy, bathroom is on this level and other two beds are downstairs.

We had an extended weekend w/ 3 adults & 2 dogs. Gaining access to the home was easy. Adam was a good host! All was clean & more than enough space. Comfy beds & bedding. We loved the outlets in the side tables by the beds, very handy. They kindly left a little snack basket in the kitchen, a few cute toiletries in the bathroom, & a list of local suggested places. WI-FI is very good.Things to note: 2 bedrooms are open on one side. Not a problem for us, but definitely something I would want to know. The back yard is all fenced with a wooden privacy fence, perfect for our pups. There's a baby gate there that was a great help. We used it at a doorway to keep the pups separated & quiet at night since there is no door on the upstairs bedroom to close. Be careful on the stairs to the basement bedrooms! We all hit our heads a few times, since the ceiling height is low there. No trouble for kiddos though! Parking in the front is on the street. The parking in the rear is behind the fence, which has a walkway declining to the back yard fence gate. We were a little confused by the rear parking, since it looked like it might be the neighbors. But Adam answered our questions about it. We couldn't hear the ring doorbell when a friend came to pick us up.We all liked the old house bones with modern upgrades such as a digital thermostat.Would definitely recommend & stay here again!

Experienced The Hill

My family took a quick weekend vacation together to visit friends who live near Tower Grove Park. Adam’s place was exactly what I expected. Even though Adam had everything our family needed pack and play, high chair, games for all ages, etc, the house layout concerned my wife a tad too much. Exterior doors near every bedroom did not provide the typical security that we would expect for kiddos. All in all, we were safe and we would be safe in all future stays. Based on the layout of the house I would reccommend this to a family with older kiddos who wanted to see the zoo, city museum, and a baseball game for the weekend. Having younger kids made things a tad tougher than usual. But I knew what I was getting myself into because I needed the location. If you are a couple who wants to get away for the weekend, this location is perfect because of the location to good food, Modern Brewery and parks!! Thanks Adam!

What a cute little place!! We came into town for a bowling tournament, there was 6 if us. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beds are fantastic. Our host was amazing, making sure we had everything we need and that the house was ready for us. Thanks for the great hospitality!

I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s walking through Forest Park, grabbing coffee from a neighborhood café, or just taking in the energy of the city. That same appreciation carries into how I host—I want guests to experience St. Louis like a local, not just pass through it.

Hosting gives me the opportunity to share places I care about and create a stay that feels comfortable, thoughtful, and memorable.
