Great stay with great accommodations

We were traveling for kids sports and stayed here for a weekend. Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, lots of kitchen ware and just overall a great experience. This house has lots space as well! Highly recommend.

Lots of room for all 11 of us & 4 cars. We got a ton of steps going up & down stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked & was great for cooking meals. Some of the bedrooms get really bright in the mornings, but all the beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our time there!

What a great place to stay. The host was very responsive to our issue with the internet and was resolved after some troubleshooting. It's a wonderful place to stay and close to all things in St. Louis.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Each of us could be on a different floor for lots of privacy. It also had a dining room for meals and a living room for gathering in the house. We also gathered on the rooftop patio. We really enjoyed our stay at this property . C

Awesome layout

This house is very large and many stories which was nice for 4 couples to stay at. There is a top (4th floor) with a large balcony; the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which is awesome!! The 2nd floor is a wonderful kitchen and living room space and the 1st floor has a bedroom and bathroom making this a great place to stay.

Great stay!

Highly recommend this property for your St Louis stay! We stayed 4 nights and loved this home. Teenager enjoyed having his own space. Friends & family enjoyed gathering on main level together! We had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Bathrooms were clean. House was clean. Felt like a safe area which was important to us with a child and the women in our group coming and going for different activities. Quiet at night. Close to some very good restaurants. Highly recommend going to The Hill for a great Italian meal & Sqwires also ! Best Feature was a bathroom on each floor! We absolutley Loved the top floor balcony! Pictures and description were very accurate.

Great place!

We loved staying in this house! It was super clean and modern. The kitchen could have been stocked better, but not a deal breaker! We had a great time!

Great property with a few little things to fix

We were 2 families visiting St Louis for a fun long weekend with our teenaged sons. This house is well decorated and hit a lot of our needs! It was large enough to accommodate us with no one needing to share a bedroom. We had plenty of space to spread out. The location was great. We had close proximity to highways and downtown. The rooftop deck is comfortable and has an awesome view of the arch and downtown. There were a few things that could have been better: 1. This can't be fixed, but if you rent this house, note that it has a lot of stairs. We're an active group, but those with mobility issues should rent with caution. 2. The bedrooms do not have blackout shades or curtains. The 2 rooms that face the rear (north) allow sunlight in as soon as the sun is above the horizon. During our stay, that was just after 5:30am. We couldn't sleep in or even until the alarm we set. 3. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is tiny and the shower door doesn't seal well. 4. There are no towel hooks in the upstairs large full en suite bathroom. 5. On our last night, we started to find some ants in the house. Hopefully an exterminator will visit soon. We had an overall great stay, hence the 5 stars. I don't feel that my criticisms warranted taking a whole star off, but if i could have said 4.5 stars, I would have. I'd consider renting again if the sunlight issues were addressed.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the home - it’s beautifully cared for and well stocked (although it could use a few more towels and washcloths). The beds were very comfy, which was nice after a long day out in the city. The house seemed like just a short drive to anywhere we needed. Definitely try “Have a Cow” restaurant that is just a 4 minute walk down the street. There are definitely a lot of stairs in the house, so if anyone can’t do stairs, this isn’t the house for you. The stairs to the loft are quite dangerous as they continue after you open the door coming down. One member of our party fell and ended up at urgent care with a sprained ankle. We aren’t placing blame, but just want others to be aware.

Great location!

This house was perfect for our group. We had a group that was in town for a wedding and the layout of the kitchen eating area and family room made it a great place to hang out and get to know each other and play games etc. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and well thought out. I would like to add that there are a LOT of stairs at this house so if anyone in your group has a problem with stairs beware!

Perfect for large family gatherings

The open concept on the main floor with kitchen and dining room is perfect for large family gatherings. We could all communicate and be together in one large and area that has plenty of seating and views. The 5 bedrooms are also a huge bonus when it is time for bed, no sharing a room but still plenty of beds. Property manager is amazing and returns messages instantly. Overall a great place to stay that is close to the city and well kept.
