Poor communication had to contact VRBO

Never received check in information. After waiting an hour after check in I contacted Vrbo and they transferred me to the property manager who had no idea I was checking in as “they don’t really use Vrbo”. Promised me I would get a 50 refund for my inconvenience. Ghosted me on those details. Pictures on site do not accurately represent the home. No washcloths in bath which was odd. Primary bed was extremely uncomfortable and sinking in middle. Felt like an air mattress. The owner and manager must not be in sync as the owner sent an auto generated message in Vrbo thanking me and asking if I needed anything, again, when I responded to the message in Vrbo as well as texting the manager on his cell phone, I never received any response to the details around the refund. I do not recommend staying here and the owner should remove the listing from Vrbo if this is “not a site they really use”.

Pets Beware

This trip did not start out that great. There was no internet the first day, and the installation company showed a 6 p.m. on the 2nd day. It took a dew hours before that was done. The grass needed mowing and since 2 of my 4 dogs are small, this was an issue. Next, the house wasnt very ckean and there was trash and beer cans in the yard. Evon though all of this happened, the property manager did his best
