*Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
*Parking: Only 2 cars are allowed in the driveway—no street parking.
*Resort Fees & Access: About $23/day/family resort fee is payable at check-in. Guests must register at reception and obtain wristbands to access the resort. his is paid directly to the Resort during time of check in at the reception. The host has absolutely no control over this and 100% of the fee is collected by and goes to the Resort.
*Security Cameras: Tampering with or covering cameras may lead to immediate cancellation without a refund.
*Guests: All guests, including visitors, must be declared. Undeclared guests will incur a $25 per guest, per day penalty.
*Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability at $25 per hour.
*Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture; damages beyond normal wear will be charged.
*No Eating/Drinking in Bedrooms.
*No Smoking: A $150 fee applies for smoking inside the house.
*Drugs & Parties: Strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation without refund and possible involvement of authorities.
*Quiet Hours: Please keep noise minimal after 10:00 PM.
*Alteration Requests: Must be made at least one week before check-in. Late changes will receive only 50% of the original refund amount.
*Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): Bi-weekly cleaning ($150 per session) is required.
*EV Charging: Not permitted on the property.
