Delightful Disney Villa Lazy River and Jurassic, Ratatouille, Lion King Rooms!

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome (one bathroom is downstairs) is located in Regal Palms Resort which offers you a vacation close to Disney World, Sea World and many other theme parks, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

All bedrooms have beautiful "artist-painted" walls with Jurassic Park, Lion King and Ratatouille themes. Our fully equipped house provides you with all the essentials for a comfortable stay and a home away from home, while enjoying the wonderful amenities of a luxurious resort.

Our villa is located a relaxed 5-minute walk to both the swimming pool and lazy river. It is away from the main road, ensuring a quiet environment. (Close to the swimming pool area has increase noise and foot traffic as well as being the main entrance for traffic entering and leaving the resort.)

***Please Note: Regal Palms charges $20 plus tax per house per day (not per person) that is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total. This will give you complete use of the resort amenities, including:

Within walking distance is an excellent Publix supermarket as well as a variety of restaurants – a Chinese takeaway, a Japanese restaurant and a Thai restaurant. There is also a South American restaurant, and I-hop and an Applebees. Also, a very popular British fish and chip restaurant with outside tables and music.

CVS Pharmacy, Bank, Liquor store, and Walk-In Medical Clinic are also within a very easy walk.
Walmart and Target are close by.

Many people say that there is no need to leave the resort at all.

The resort itself is the perfect location for a golfer's get away. It is located next to the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Celebration Golf Club, Southern Dunes, Diamondback and many more.

***Each unit is authorised, by Regal Palms Resort, to have a maximum of Three Vehicles. These three cars must be fully in your driveway; we ask for two cars to be vertical and one horizontal on the back. All cars must be registered with the clubhouse. No overnight street or Clubhouse parking. Cars violating parking rules will be towed at guest’s expense with no notice given.
