This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom high-rise retreat offers breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony, complete with new outdoor furniture. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this condo provides the perfect coastal getaway with upscale amenities and direct beach access. Enjoy the resort’s sprawling pool, on-site bar and restaurant, and the convenience of two included parking spaces.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental features:

Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and stunning Gulf views
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower
Bunk Space: Twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for additional guests or children (weight limit is 225 pounds total for the bunks)
Living Room: Spacious seating area with a sleeper sofa and direct balcony access

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Private Balcony: Gulf views with comfortable outdoor seating.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for guest convenience.
Security: Ring doorbell camera installed for added safety.

Parking:

Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process, We will share a specific link for your unit reservation. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending up the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change.

Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance.

The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 7 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only.

There is motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.

If you have an additional vehicle, read the following carefully:

There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road, and 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard.

Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.

Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there’s no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.

Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you’ll be minutes away from everything you could need! You’ll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
