Hi All! Welcome to our spacious, spotless 4BR home— minutes from the Kenai River in central Soldotna!
Families will love the extras— plenty of games, books, & toys for the little ones.
Here to fish? Awesome! You can rinse & store your gear if needed, & keep your catch frozen, no problem!
Perfect for wedding groups, ANC escapes & all other getaways as well!
Nightly Rates Include:
4% Lodging Tax
3% City Tax
3% Borough Tax
NO Cleaning Fees And ZERO Chores

We strive for a clean, comfortable, memorable stay and look forward to hosting you!
This one story, four bedroom/two bath sits on a beautiful acre with lots of yard space and plenty of seclusion. There is enough parking for several vehicles, grocery shopping, restaurants and many river accesses are all conveniently close, JOM House offers peace and quiet while still being a just minute's drive from anything you need and everything Soldotna has to offer!
The house, yard and the entire acre is yours to enjoy! Garage access is not available currently, however we have plenty of space to store your gear if needed, including washing off or hanging fishing waders.

We had a wonderful time in Soldotna. I have been fishing the Kenai in August for 35 years and this is the first time staying in a home. The home was immaculate and furnished nicely. It was very comfortable. The hostess was amazing and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect getaway!Host was very responsive, made us feel welcomed and pampered. Relaxing was effortless on the comfortable couches and bed that drew us into a night of refreshing sleep.The neighborhood was tranquil and convenient to fishing, shopping, and town center. We recommend this to couples, families, or business retreats. You won’t be disappointed!

Soldotna quite retreat

Sarah was awesome. Home was very well decorated and felt so comfortable. It was a well relaxing place with awesome karma. I will be back with not a second thought. BBQ grill was charcoal not gas. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the fire pit but there’s always a next time. Birds were chirping and rain fall on roof allowed us to relax. Having a full home to spread out was fantastic. It’s close to grocery shopping, gas station and center of town.

I am lucky enough to have spent my entire life in the mind blowing beauty of Alaska and I am so grateful for its people, experiences and resources.

After all these years, I still find myself being awe struck by the place I get to call home— Alaska's got a view I will never get tired of.

I love hanging with my family and friends, four wheeling, shooting hoops, being out-fished by my better half and traveling.

Beyond doing our very best to provide a home and experience guests enjoy and remember fondly, we also strive for "no surprises" through open, respectful communication so each stay ends in smiles for us all!

I wish you all the best during your time on the Kenai and everywhere else along your journey!

What may be best about this area in particular is that you are "in town" while also NOT being in town at all.

Not to mention being able to walk to the Kenai River... The summer sunshine is a treat and we all know the fishing is unreal, but the beauty of the river is truly powerful anytime of the year.
