City Apartment style living in a character bungalow - 3 mins walk from the CBD. Park your car and enjoy all that the city of Napier and beyond has to offer for a weekend, week or even a month. The house has NO drive on access. So is not suitable for those with mobility limitations. Plenty and unlimited free off street parking 50m from the house. Enjoy the frequent events and natural features of the sunny Hawke's Bay. Nothing like finishing off the day - looking over the lights of the city from the comfort Bedroom: furnished with a queen bed. Enjoy your morning coffee looking over the city and the sun hitting the cathedral.

This bedroom has access to modern family bathroom with both bath and shower. Separate toilet.

Outdoor dining in the luscious garden, filled with birdsong. Enjoy the early morning coffee in the quiet tranquil setting and plan your day.

A beautiful house surrounded by trees and with a awesome view made it a great place to just to hang out and catch up with a friend. Easy walk to town and Marine parade for great food

Great location close to the CBD. Beautiful house, very well equipped and a really comfortable bed. Jill was a great host. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for accommodation in Napier.

A great property with gorgeous views of the city and ocean. There is plenty to keep you entertained while you stay and a very cosy place to stay. Such a short stroll into the heart of the city, it is so very handy. Communication with hosts is excellent and questions answered promptly.

Beautiful home with interesting artwork. Jill very easy to deal with - great communication. Great position - short walk down hill to shops, restaurants and Marine Parade. Felt like home.

Great View Close to Town

The place was great and incredibly close to central Napier. It was lovely and cosy and warm with a great view to have your morning coffee and breakfast looking at.

Cutest house with perfect view

Booked this trip to get away for a weekend, this house was perfecting for relaxing in, so cozy and warm and the view is unreal to look out at! Walking distance from town so made it easy to get food. Couldn’t be more happy staying here!

Jill’s place is as beautiful and charming as advertised. The views, gardens and spaciousness are wonderful. Jill has added lots of features to her home to make it welcoming and attractive. The ocean and CBD are minutes away, but yet the house is quiet and private. I loved it. Beware that the climb to the house is very long and steep. It is not easy to get one’s luggage or groceries to the door.

Excellent stay

Gorgeous home! Perfect location to explore Napier. The house had plenty of character yet with modern touch. A real homely feel. I was worried that being an old house it would get cold yet the heating system provided plenty of warmth. Host was great and I would stay again!
