Walk out your front door and the river is just steps away. 3 kayaks a canoe, and SUP's are available for your use. It's a beautiful 1 1/2 hour paddle/float down the river to the Sunriver Marina, where you can paddle down for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails at the marina restaurant. Also located near the marina are the Sunriver horse stables. If you want a workout, paddle up the river to the Little Deschutes and see the beaver dam, bald eagles, and other wildlife as you meander through the Crosswater golf course (hence the name of the golf course, Crosswater). Ride one of the available mountain bikes to the restaurants and stores in the Sunriver Mall. Golf at either of the two Sunriver golf courses or a short 15-20 minute drive to Wigi Creek, Lost Tracks, Quail Run, Tethrow, or Broken Top, to name a few.

Fish from your backyard, or take a short 15-minute drive to the Fall River. Located within 30-45 minutes are numerous Lakes including Cultus, Todd, Sparks, Hosmer, Devils, Lava, and Elk, just to name a few. Crane Prairie and Wickiup Reservoir are both short drives as well. For wintertime activities, Mt. Bachelor is only 25 minutes away for downhill skiing or snowboarding. Several nearby areas offer groomed trails for cross-county skiing or snowmobile riding. 2 mountain bikes are provided. There are 30-plus miles of paved bike trails in Sunriver.

The property is very unique because to get to it, you actually drive across the golf course on my paved private easement to the homes. Crosswater was a 600-acre cattle ranch before being sold. My home and my neighbor's home were subdivided from the 600 acres in the 50s because the owner's friends asked if they could purchase small parcels on the ranch/river. When Destination Resorts (Sunriver/Crosswater) purchased the cattle ranch, they did not include these two riverfront lots.
