Beautiful and Spacious home in Kennewick

Centrally-located in a quiet, relaxing, and highly desirable neighborhood in Old Southwest. Just blocks from downtown, midtown and easy access to the highway. Walking distance to several amazing local restaurants. Take a stroll in this lovely and safe neighborhood with established trees. The space There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area. Wi-Fi internet. Appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea. For the coffee enthusiast, we have included both a traditional coffee pot and a French press. 1-car garage and extra space in the driveway for another car as well as plenty of free on-street parking. The washer and dryer is located in the garage area and is shared with the unit on the other side of the duplex. That is the only shared space. Guest access You will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire right side of the duplex as well as the garage and washer/dryer area. Other things to note Ask us about an early check in / late check out for a small fee. If we can accommodate we will!

Our grandkids loved all the space and rooms since they live in an apartment at home. They also really enjoyed the many available games and sliding down the carpeted stairs. I personally enjoyed being able to have a quiet time away upstairs and the separate bathrooms and showers.

This home was perfect for our group. We had 4-trucks with Jet Skii trailers behind. Two fit perfect in the long driveway and two on the road in front of the house. It is a main road so that is something to note if you are concerned. We had no issues with that. The outdoor space was perfect, and we used that the most. There are a lot of tripping hazards from uneven concrete so if there were any kind of physical disabilities this home would be challenging.We would definitely stay at this home again. 100% recomend!!

Great property & location

We stayed at your property for our son's wedding and the location was great. It was extremely easy to get to and from the airport about 10 mins away and the property was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. We would definitely consider this property in the future. Thank you

Friends staying for JW convention

We really likedthe house, beds were comfortable, linens were tooskimpy; thought the cover sheet would rip when i turned over in bed. Refrigerator did not keep food at safe temperature. Had a drunk driver slam into the front yard, wrecked his truck, police asked about owner of the home, had no response to voicemail left on instructions for house. What if the truck had hit the house and one of us was seriously hurt. We still had no communication up to the day we left the house. This is not ok

Awesome!!

Great property to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed in it. We had our whole family (we had 8 adults and 3 little kids with us) and it was very spacious for us with lots of room to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Centrally located, however it is a busy street. I forgot our high chair and was able to contact the host, they got right back to me and brought us one! Very pleased.

Felt like home.

The yard was wonderful. Loved the deck and back yard. Plenty of room to lounge or gather a group. The house was clean and just as described. We were kind of sad to go. When we come back will definitely check to see if we can book a stay.

Cozy and relaxing

We loved the place. We attended a 3 day convention at the Toyota Center. We practically were there during the evening. But it was very homie.

Beautiful backyard in town and close to everything.

The house was nice and the backyard was amazing. Like being in a park. Large kitchen table for hanging out. Beds were comfortable, with a tv in every room for those who want to watch and a bathroom on each floor. The home is older, so the bathrooms are updated but small and the stairs a little steep. If you want brand new don't pick this house, but if you want a comfortable older home with a lovely yard this is the house for you.

Graduation

Several family members drove from Idaho and North Dakota for my nephews graduation, it worked perfect for us…wasn’t too far from my brothers house and was close to the Toyota center. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable so we all slept well.

Our Girls Retreat

House was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and homey. Only concerns were broken and uneven concrete on back walkway and backing out driveway. Really enjoyed our stay!

2023 Family reunion

It was a wonderful place to stay, plenty of room for 9 people and very comfortable even in the 100* weather. We had everything we needed. My grandson and granddaughter loved the back yard and their bedroom. Would stay again definitely. Thank you!!😊
