The perfect getaway to lose your worries and explore the wonderful features of Suncadia resort in the beautiful places nearby, like Roslyn, Cle Elum Lake, Downtown, Yakima and Cle Elum River. This lofty and spacious home has 3 bedrooms. They feature 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, 4 full bathrooms and close to all major Suncadia amenities. Additional sleeping areas in the loft with 4 twin beds and sofa bed. We look forward to welcoming you to our Suncadia.

Please Note: Suncadia Community Pool Access
Per Suncadia community policy, guests booking rentals outside of Suncadia’s official property management program do not have access to the community pools. This applies to our property. If pool access is a priority for your stay, please plan accordingly.

Summer: Roslyn (Northern Exposure town), world-class fly fishing on the Yakima & Cle Elum Rivers, golf at two premier courses on the resort, Cle Elum/Kachess Lakes for swimming, kayaking & boat/jet ski rentals, mountain biking, Coal Mines Trail (easy 3-mi bike/walk), whitewater rafting, wine tasting & fine dining at Swiftwater Cellars.

Winter: Snoqualmie Pass skiing (20 min away), ice skating at Suncadia, snowmobiling, cozy Roslyn stroll for New Year’s.

Anytime: MaMa Vallone’s (Italian, since 1937), Cle Elum Bakery, downtown Roslyn shops.

Never Flush Anything other than human waste or toilet paper. This means no “flushable” wipes, baby wipes or feminine products.
Guest limit is strictly enforced. Exceeding it without approval incurs a $100 per night fee per extra guest.
Limit fireplace use to 1 hour to save expensive gas.. Never leave it on unattended. It gets very hot, including the heat shield. Check reminder sign.

We built this home to share that same escape with you, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our little slice of the Cascades!

We chose Suncadia and the Cle Elum area for the perfect balance of resort luxury and untouched natural beauty. Our home sits centrally in Prospector’s Reach, just a short stroll to Suncadia’s dining, winery, swim & fitness center, and championship golf courses — yet you’re still surrounded by the quiet of the Cascades. Cle Elum and Roslyn add small-town charm nearby, with historic Main Street shops, local bakeries, and easy access to the Yakima and Cle Elum Rivers for world-class fly fishing. It’s a rare spot where you can golf in the morning, hike or fish in the afternoon, and be back in time for wine tasting — all without leaving the neighborhood.
