The bedroom is separated by a half wall from the living space, which offers a full kitchen stocked with a full set of cooking and dining needs. There is a brand new pull out sofa with a full sized bed and a comfy chair, as well as a small dining table. The bathroom has a a classy barn door and a spacious walk in shower with glass doors.

The apartment is located behind our main house above a detached garage. At the top of the stairs there is a landing that serves as a small but sunny deck. The backyard is shared with the house and there is an outdoor dining table and grill under a canopy of grapes.

There is a parking space that accompanies the apartment and if needed, a 220 volt plug in for an electrical vehicle available.
