Outstanding location in historic Laramie! In the same block with a grocery, restaurants, bars, retail (collectibles, books, ice cream, chocolate!) Host Jon was friendly and responsive providing stress-free check-in. Unit was exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of room for a couple for four nights. Loved morning coffee on our private deck watching the parade of trains and the local shop owners quietly preparing for the day - a unique urban neighborhood experience. Close to rating 5-stars but depending on your taste, know that 'vintage' means 'not always new' and may require grace over a sticky faucet or old kitchen appliance (we didn't cook,) But all necessary things are in great working order and Jon will accommodate you. We hope to return to Laramie some day for more hiking in Medicine Bow and definitely plan to stay here again.

Host was very helpful in finding the property...worked perfect for our needs. Liked being downtown. Could use a luggage type chair so we didn't have to set luggage on floor. (In bedroom)we would stay again.

Cute and Quaint

I loved the location with access to local eateries, grocery and historical activities! The house itself had everything you could want with a great deck! Hosts were accommodating and quick to reply. Mahalo and if we come to Laramie again, we’re staying here!

He said hed give me quarters but i felt i was fine, no coffee pot so i bought a 12 one which i left.l, parking was in a parking lot that was shared by business so a couple tines we got lucky someone was pulling out so we got a spot. They were working on the space downstairs which got a little loud at times but they didn't start until 8am & were done around 5pm. Carpets were old hes hoping they get replaced this fall. Communication was ok Monday took a bit longer when i had issues with dryer, messaged, texted & left 2 voice mails before i got an call back. Appliances were old but the stove top & fridge worked. I was confused when he told me he didn't own the loft that he rented it for his office space. Its at a high price for what you
