Place is as described. Only recommendation is bunk bed room is tight and try to make top bunk is so hard and very close to ceiling fan. Other than that we enjoyed the accommodations. There were beach chairs to use, but we brought our own.Very spacious! Would definitely rent again.

Great Place

The place was wonderful. Clean, right on the ocean, the views are incredible. My family has a great time and would stay again. The only downfall was one elevator was broken for a few days. Check in day was the worst and you only get one parking pass. We had 2 vehicles and one did wind up getting towed as parking was terrible on the 4th of July. Not much street parking

Condo was in a perfect location, literally right on the beach. Views from the living room and the balcony are absolutely gorgeous. Parking was great. Had pretty much everything we needed. Did have to purchase rugs for each of the bathrooms so we didn't have to step out of the tub with wet feet on tile floors. The only problem we had was one of the elevators was out of service the whole time but the wait for the one operating elevator wasn't too bad. Thankfully it worked the whole time.

気になった点 : 清潔度
The rental was very nice and spacious and had great views. Unfortunately the roach problem significantly affected our stay. We found live roaches on the very first day. They were on the floors, kitchen counters, sink, and on the walls. We notified property management and they sent pest control the same day, which we appreciated. We were still finding live roaches two days later and notified property management again and once again, they sent pest control the same day. However, we were still finding live roaches and smaller bugs at the end of our week long stay. When we checked out of the rental, we emailed property management again and requested a partial refund. Three days later, they still haven't responded. Given our experience and lack of response to our request, I do not recommend staying here until the pest issue has been properly addressed.
