Be our guest! Great modern suite in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floor. New bed and high end tempurpedic mattress 2024.
Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Property includes in-unit full size washer/dryer combo, commercial countertop oven, and all linens and towels.
Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided.
The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
The suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Additional sound proofing has been added to the walls and ceiling to keep the spaces separate and quiet.

Great place for CSU Canvas Stadium events

Quiet, clean and easy access to Canvas Stadium events within walking distance and free on-street parking. Kitchen for breakfast and snacks before heading out. Will definitely stay here again!!

Clean - close to school

Just in town for a few days to visit my daughter at CSU. This was close to the school and very convenient. Clean, quiet, easy choice. Definitely recommend.

Loved the proximity to CSU and the stadium (3blocks). Space was spotless, looked newly remodeled. Parked in driveway. Quiet neighborhood. I needed nothing…well equipped kitchen. Electric portable cooktop was sufficient for my needs. Great wifi for remote work needs. I’ll definitely stay again!

Great spot close to CSU

Just in town for a few days to visit my daughter at CSU. I just wanted something comfortable and clean and close to campus. This locations was perfect. It’s a modest kitchen but I didn’t do much cooking so it was fine for just one. Clean, comfortable, great host. Everything was perfect

Nice place and good location

Only reason not all 5’s primarily due to not knowing entire house was rented to 3rd party. I assumed owner was present but my fault for assumption. On final evening of our stay when we needed early start for flight, there was very loud music and conversation coming from upstairs in main house all night and got louder as night went on. Finally notified owner about 2:30am and I was asked to call police and report as owner was not present. Then owner did come over a Bout 4 am and confronted other Rena My and guests (was told only 4 people) but they were making tons of noise where we did no sleep after 12am until our departure about 5:30 am. I learned to ask for any more rentals whether owner onsite or not as this is second VRBO rental in a row that this same situation occurred. Finally, I would suggest owner clean up debris on side of house where our rental was located as it was not appealing. . Also had to dispose of two very late spiders as well as clean up bread on stairs outside outside the units which was then covered with ants.

FOCO at its best

Amazing location, with clean and modern accommodations. Bed is comfy and the place is the cutest. Location was perfect. Close to CSU and town. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in FOCO.

A safe, quaint space for the solo traveler

I only needed a place to stay for a couple nights attending a training event at CSU. Cute, functional, clean space in a safe neighborhood. Quiet and private. Exactly what I needed.

Close to CSU and Hilton

Amazing location. Safe, green neighborhood walking distance to CSU campus. Attended a conference at the Hilton just around the corner. Cute room, soft comfy bed, modern bathroom, and a mini kitchen with full fridge. Cozy space for a restful stay!
