Be our guest! Great modern suite in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floor. New bed and high end tempurpedic mattress 2024.
Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Property includes in-unit full size washer/dryer combo, commercial countertop oven, and all linens and towels.
Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided.
The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
The suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Additional sound proofing has been added to the walls and ceiling to keep the spaces separate and quiet.

Great place for CSU Canvas Stadium events

Quiet, clean and easy access to Canvas Stadium events within walking distance and free on-street parking. Kitchen for breakfast and snacks before heading out. Will definitely stay here again!!

Just in town for a few days to visit my daughter at CSU. This was close to the school and very convenient. Clean, quiet, easy choice. Definitely recommend.

FOCO at its best

Amazing location, with clean and modern accommodations. Bed is comfy and the place is the cutest. Location was perfect. Close to CSU and town. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in FOCO.

Great stay.

This property was very welcoming. Street parking. It was quiet and private, yet close to everything: CSU campus, beautiful walking trials, stores, restaurants, mountains, Colorado visitor center, you name it.

Great place, media, owner & location

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 Br house with full kitchen, and full array of media on the TV, Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV, You Tube and more. One note: though parking is free, but for guests to park on weekdays after one free day, there's a $10 fee. Perfect place.

Amazing location. Safe, green neighborhood walking distance to CSU campus. Attended a conference at the Hilton just around the corner. Cute room, soft comfy bed, modern bathroom, and a mini kitchen with full fridge. Cozy space for a restful stay!

A safe, quaint space for the solo traveler
