Perfectly situated on the shore of Lake Winnisquam, this cozy condo is sure to please! It offers expansive beach front with a roped off swimming area and floating swim platform. There is also a private boat launch and dedicated slip available. After a day of water activities, cozy up to the beachside fire pit.
The space
Inside the condo you will find a large living space that opens onto a patio for outdoor dining and entertaining, complete with a propane grill. The living space has a full kitchen with a bar counter and small dining table. The condo comes equipped with WiFi and a TV with streaming services. The bedroom is a loft located over the main living space. There is a queen-sized bed, a pull out sofa bed, and dresser. Additionally, there is a queen-sized murphy bed located in the main living space.

Guests will have exclusive access to the condo and slip, and shared access to all common areas to include beach and firepit,
