Make yourself at home in this charming 1-bedroom Oceanside retreat. This cozy, updated condo offers awesome views of the ocean, access to the beach is 15 steps away, and sleeps 4 comfortably with a king bed in the bedroom & a murphy bed located in the living area. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, large outdoor paver patio, and access to a variety of amenities offered at North Coast Village.
View: south facing, ground level, ocean & pier view, large paver patio
Kitchen/Dining: fully stocked w/basic cooking utensils, seating- breakfast bar, sm. dining table & patio table.
Living area: plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen, cable, internet, fireplace
Bathroom: walk-in shower
Sleeping: SLEEPS 4 ONLY!! King bed & queen murphy bed-living room. Flat screen/cable in bedroom.
Extra: Patio BBQ, High-speed internet, 1 assigned parking space, standard beach equipment, beach chairs & beach towels.
NOTE: NO AC IN UNIT! Ceiling & floor fans available.

My husband and I grew up in the mid-west. After college we moved to the Phoenix area and fell in love. We raised a family, built our careers and plan to retire with a load of grandkids! We are avid divers, sun and ocean people. A-Shore Thing is our "surfer shack" but land locked...lol.

We had been visiting North Coast Village for many, many years before we had an opportunity to purchase. When the opportunity arose, it was a done deal! We have always enjoyed the ocean, sun and any activity that kept us close by.
