Welcome to our large 6 bedroom ski and mountain home, with beautiful views of Martis Valley! Packed with amenities and in the perfect location between Lake Tahoe and Truckee, with golf, skiing, Lake, and hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking nearby. 3 living areas with TV's, entertainment, games, and more. Fully equipped kitchen, games, and more. 9 beds, sleeps up to 17 guests (12 guests + extra children 12 years old and younger), making it the perfect home for large multi family groups and retreats.
The shuttle service to and from Northstar's village is incredibly convenient, allowing you to skip the busy parking lots and enjoy the village and mountain with ease. It's a quick call away.

*ABSOLUTELY NO street parking per county ordinance
*Noise should always be kept respectful, ESPECIALLY between the local noise / quiet time ordinance, between 9pm and 8am. If noise can be heard from the property line it's a violation of the local law.
*Do not use the deck between the local ordinance's quiet period of 9pm-8am, noise travels.
*Amplified music is not allowed at a short-term rental property in Placer County at any time. Placer County's "Good Neighbor" policies and Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance prohibit amplified sound from being used outdoors or being audible from the property line at any time.
*Fires are strictly prohibited at vacation rentals, except for the indoor fireplaces and the propane bbq. Charcoal BBQs are never allowed, per local law.
*Surveillance: driveway and front door have cameras. No cameras inside of the home. NoiseAware sensor may exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
*Parking can be tight, with a narrower entry. We can fit 4 vehicles between 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Typically 2 trucks and 2 mid sized vehicles fit well. Here are the parking space measurements:
1. Left side driveway/deck: 37’ length
2. Right side driveway/deck: 16’ length
3. Left side garage: 19’ length x 6’10” height
4. Right side garage: 16’5” length x 6’10” height

There is a zero-tolerance policy for abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If looking to squeeze 25 people into a house and / or party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful and expensively appointed home - please treat it as your own! This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties.
