This beautifully renovated studio on the 18th floor of the Island Colony offers breathtaking views of the city, partly ocean, and Ala Wai Canal from your spacious lanai (balcony). Located just a short walk from the warm sands and crystal-clear waters of the world-famous Waikiki Beach, you'll be ideally situated to experience everything this iconic destination has to offer.

Step inside and discover a comfortable and inviting space designed with relaxation in mind. The studio features two plush queen-size beds with brand-new Beautyrest PressureSmart 2.0 mattresses, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of island adventures. For your entertainment, enjoy a 65” Samsung Smart TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows and movies. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals or keep your favorite snacks and beverages on hand.

One of the true highlights of this studio is the spacious balcony, where you can bask in the warm Hawaiian sun and take in the stunning views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The full bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, providing comfort and ease during your stay.

Beyond the studio, the Island Colony offers a fantastic array of amenities for you to enjoy. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool or unwind in the cozy hot tub. Stay active in the fitness center for a one-time fee of $10 (price subject to change). Additional building features include 24-hour security, an open-air lobby, an ATM, trash chutes on every floor, and car, scooter, and bicycle rentals available on the ground floor. Parking is available in the building for $40 per day (price subject to change).

CAR/BIKE RENTAL INFO:
- There is an hourly Car Rental via Drive Hui - 2 stalls located within the Island Colony parking structure.
- There is a Bicycle Rental via Biki - Rental station across the street from the Hotel, on Seaside and Ala Wai Avenue.
- There is also a car rental company located on the 1st floor.

THE COMPLEX:

- Coin or credit card-operated laundry room on the 6th floor

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 6th floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
