This lovely home was so comfortable and well equipped. It has a very private feel as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and its proximity to Lake Ontario beaches and parks. We will book again!

Weekend trip

The house is very clean and beautiful. Much larger than we anticipated and in a very nice neighborhood! The house had everything you could need and much more like the sports equipment and toys for the kids.

Perfect house for our multifamily stay. Appreciated all the paper supplies and our Grand niece enjoyed the joys. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful huge house. Great location

We were amazed by the size of the home. Just beautiful with a huge yard tucked away in a rural setting. We didnt want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home Mary. Made the trip that much more amazing (there for a wedding)

Pictures do not do this VRBO justice

The home is set on a beautiful piece of property. It is great for recreation of all kinds, hockey, wiffle ball, basketball to name a few. It has a awesome front and rear deck for relaxing, enjoying a cup of coffee, or sitting on the back deck enjoying dinner. The rooms are awesome with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Can not say enough about the Kitchen area. Large fully furnished beyond your expectations. Great appliances and design. We enjoyed it and found it hard to leave. Definitely will be back when visiting the area. Thank you for hosting!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful. We had one problem and they solved it immediately. They gave us a partial refund without us asking for it. They were easy to communicate with, and quick to solve the problem. We would use this beautiful home again in a heartbeat.

Visit to Spencerport

We stayed over one night and enjoyed the house tremendously. You might want to update the listing as there are plenty of toiletries and available materials for a guest's use.

Overnight stay

The house is a lovely old farmhouse in a changing rural neighborhood. The kitchen and deck were updated and very nice. The rest of the house is quite dated, but clean. The hosts had lots of spices etc available for use, which was helpful. They had everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds were OK, did not appreciate the plastic cover under the sheet though. I would stay there again if needed.

Piece of history with room to spread out

We had a fantastic stay. Loved how big the place was - bedrooms in four corners, two places to eat plus a wonderful deck, sitting room, library, living room. Huge and modern chefs kitchen. We were there for 9 nights and could would have liked to stay longer. Wish we got to have S’mores in the fire pit and used more of the amenities. Mary was a wonderful host. She communicated quickly and was attentive to any need. I was impressed that she asked for things that she could provide to make the stay even better (she made sure we had lots of coffee and cream just because we said we love it). There was no lack of supplies. She knew that it was going to be hot, so she ran out and installed an extra air conditioner to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again. It was a tremendous blessing- Thank you so much!
