Our duplex is located in the most sought after community in Virginia Beach, known as the North End. The North End is well known for being an established quiet coastal community surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and First Landing State Park. Our front door is less than 300 feet to salty air and sandy toes. You'll be drawn to the most beautiful beach access where you can soak in the sunrises with wam coffee or spend a full day at the beach with the provided beach wagon, towels, cooler, and chairs.

This home is proudly veteran owned! It is ideal for retired military looking for a coastal escape or active-duty military personnel in need of furnished housing. Those with military I.D. will enjoy being within steps to Fort Story and can take full advantage of all the base has to offer (sightseeing, beach access, light house tours, library, mini mart, gas station, community center, chapel, fishing, fitness center, etc.

Guests will have a phenomenal stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Virginia Beach and our cozy beach cottage has to offer.

**Please note that we do not host short-term stays. This home is only available for 30, 60, 90 day stays. It is best suited for 1-2 people looking for a seasonal beach house, someone traveling on business (corporate, military or medical professional), or someone looking for transitional housing as they renovate their home/build a new home or someone that is relocating to Virginia Beach and in need of a home while they look to purchase in the area.**

About The North End:

The North End of Virginia Beach has a history rooted in its natural beauty and its role as a coastal community. It's been a place of both natural and human-made history, from Native American origins to colonial settlements and modern development.

Early History: The area was inhabited by Native Americans for thousands of years before European settlement.

Colonial Era: In 1607, English settlers, led by Captain Christopher Newport, landed at Cape Henry, which is in present-day Virginia Beach. This marked the beginning of Virginia Beach's recorded history. They explored the area for three days before heading inland to establish Jamestown.
