Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the unit offers a cozy retreat amidst one of Los Angeles’ most iconic neighborhoods. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a bit of both, this thoughtfully designed studio is your ideal getaway.
The Space:
Located in a beautifully renovated historic building, this first-floor studio combines timeless character with modern comfort. The space features a queen-size bed with Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillow options, a cozy living area with two lounge chairs, and a vanity that doubles as a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes major appliances, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. Enjoy a full bathroom with quality amenities, a 40-inch Roku TV for entertainment, and a portable air conditioner for personalized comfort. Ample closet space keeps things organized, and building amenities include an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a seamless stay.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Beachwood Canyon, this studio places you in one of LA’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Just off Franklin Village, the area offers a mix of historic allure and modern vibrance. Walk to the famed Beachwood Cafe or explore unique boutiques and eclectic dining options nearby. Iconic landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Griffith Observatory are just minutes away, and hiking trails to the Hollywood Sign are practically at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
While the building does not include on-site parking, street parking is available nearby. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and rideshares are easily accessible. Public transit options also provide convenient access to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The central location ensures you’re never far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, or other major attractions. While the building doesn’t have security, the area is known for its safety, offering peace of mind during your stay.

PARKING:
Please note there is no parking available in the building. Street parking only.
SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.
*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.
*Renter’s insurance is required for all stays. Guests may provide proof of their own qualifying policy, or may elect to purchase a monthly renter’s insurance policy through the host for $15/month.
*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law.
*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.
*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.
