** Extra Sleeping Space: A pull-out sofa comfortably accommodates two additional guests in the open-concept living area.
**Open-Concept Design: Seamlessly integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas with large windows offering stunning city views.
** Entertainment: Roku TV with access to your favorite streaming services.
**Kitchen Essentials: Equipped with basic necessities, including a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cutting boards, trash can, and a basic set of plates, utensils, and cookware.
** Extra Comfort: Cotton sheets, towels, and pillows -- all provided!
** Rooftop Escape: Hot tub and spectacular views of downtown Los Angeles for relaxation and unwinding.
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative.
** Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availably before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included.
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

** Parking:
There is no parking in the building but there are parking garages all around the block which charge a daily fee of $20.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire unit, and rooftop of the building as well.

With trendy restaurants, rooftop bars, and unique shops within walking distance, this prime location offers the perfect mix of urban excitement and convenience.

Getting Around:
Downtown LA is highly walkable, and this loft's location makes exploring on foot a breeze. The Pershing Square Metro station is just a few minutes away, offering easy access to the rest of Los Angeles, including Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Universal City. For those driving, paid parking lots are conveniently located nearby. Rideshares are also readily available, making it simple to navigate LA's bustling streets and beyond. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this central location ensures seamless access to everything the city has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:

**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.

Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
