The shopping, surfing, bars and restaurants of Dominical can all be navigated in about 15 minutes. Explore the mountain town of Platanillo 20 minutes away for local prices on groceries. Everything in between is empty beaches, wildlife galore and unlimited opportunities to explore the ocean, mangroves, waterfalls, rivers and jungle canopy.

Our neighborhood called Lagunas, is one of the safest neighborhoods in the area, where you will find only a few locals and foreigners.

The property is located 1000 feet above the town of Dominical Costa Rica. Dominical is about a 3.5 hour drive from the international airport in San Jose.

A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to reach the villa due to some steep gravel sections.

**A 4x4 vehicle is required for your stay. Our community roads are well maintained and easy to navigate, but they are dirt roads, and some parts are steep.
