Located on the first floor, and has a second floor, the coastal getaway offers direct beach access, making it the perfect escape for families, groups, and even your four-legged companion.
Experience the perfect blend of space and privacy with our dual-unit properties—ideal for large families or groups traveling together. These unique rentals combine two adjacent condos, offering ample room while maintaining separate living spaces for added comfort. While there is no interior connection between the units, guests can easily move between them via exterior access points. Each condo features its own fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and private amenities, ensuring both shared and personal spaces for a seamless stay.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture, plush carpeting, fresh paint, and smart TVs. The open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can unwind after a day at the shore. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 24 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
For your convenience, the home is fully equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, an iron, and a fully stocked kitchen for a hassle-free stay. Guests also have access to a shared ice machine and a Phoenix beach cart with balloon tires, making it easy to carry your beach gear across the sand.
