PARKING/AMENITIES FEE: A one- time $50 parking and amenities fee is due to the English Condos upon check-in. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability.

WIFI: Can be purchased from the building upon arrival. Prices are as follows:
3 Days: Basic $29.95; Enhanced $39.95
4 Days: Basic $34.95; Enhanced $44.95
7 Days: Basic $54.95; Enhanced $64.95

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.

TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels

SECOND BEDROOM: Access to closet is tight due to proximity of the beds

FOBS: Up to 3 building fobs will be available for you during your stay. We are unable to provide extras.

INDOOR POOL: Is open daily 10 am to 10 pm. However, the pool is managed by the English Towers staff and we cannot be responsible for unexpected closures. However, we will do our best to communicate any changes we are aware of.

PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.

--ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming.

--RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit may be present. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.

--RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY HOLD REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code. In addition, a security hold/preauthorization will need to be completed. This will be released 2 days after checkout assuming there is no damage to the unit, all rules are followed, and checkout is completed on time. You will get a link via ownerrez to complete this process

--UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: English Towers Management or engineers reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given. In addition, English Towers management may need to enter the unit for scheduled maintenance. We will provide as much notice as possible in these scenarios.

-NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.

-SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

BALCONY: Due to the property's proximity to the ocean, salt air and coastal breezes can cause natural residue accumulation on balcony surfaces between cleanings. This is a normal characteristic of coastal properties and does not affect the cleanliness or enjoyment of the space.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.

Furthermore, please note that the building amenities are managed by the English Towers personnel, and availability cannot be guaranteed. However, we will do our best to communicate any changes**
