Only 10-min from St. Augustine Beach for more fun. Indulge in your ideal escape!

>Bedroom 1: King bed, Ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, Walk-in closet (Sleeps 2).
>Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleep 2).
>Living Room: 2x Couches, Smart TV, Access to back porch.
>Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including plates, cups, silverware, pots & pans.
>Dining Room: Dining table for 4 guests, Kitchen bar with 2x bar stools.
>Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer with detergent for our guests.
>Half Bathroom: Half bathroom located next to the front door.

-EXTERIOR-
>Backyard: The backyard is overlooking the Matanzas River with Downtown St. Augustine in the background. We have outdoor furniture on the back porch for enjoying the views.
>Parking space located next to garage 3 will fit a small car (there is a small trailer parked there). You can also use the space outside the gate on the pine needles.

We enjoyed our stay at this location! Absolutely beautiful views of the bridge and the downtown area over the water. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and even a manatee swim under the dock. Pet friendly and short walk over the Lions bridge into the charming downtown. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunset! Will be back!

Fabulous location. We loved everything about it, decor, host, water views from the terrace. You could walk across the bridge to town and we had fun watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is in an ideal location to enjoy views of the bay and the historic district across the bay. It is also in the perfect location to enjoy sunsets across the bay. It is just a short walk across the bridge of lions to the historic district. We enjoyed the Nights of Lights during our stay and a phenomenal sunset and sunrise from the patio and deck. My husband and I stayed at Bridge Tender during my Fall Break (I am a teacher). We were impressed from the moment we pulled up to the property. The home itself was beautiful and the view of the St. John's River and historic St. Augustine was breathtaking. It rained most of the time we were there, but we were very comfortable staying inside Bridge Tender. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach Condo.

Fantastic location and views. Owners were easy to communicate with. Condo was wonderful! Downtown sort walking distance. Well say again and bring our E-bikes.
View from master bedroom. Just beautiful!

The property was beautiful and so was the location. The bed was really comfortable. My only complaint was that I reported issues with locking rhe doors and no one responded. It turned out that there were instructions on this but I had not seen them when I read the lost. I'd make it more prominent in those instructions. Also whomever had rented the upsatairs had dogs that constantly howled.

Great beds, clean space, well supplied, good communication with mgmt when I had difficulty with lock box. Thank youI found the iron non functional and the ironing board broken, mgmt was advisedThe only other thing is to replace the remotes, they were missing backs and 2 weren’t functional. Nice vista, coffee on the covered patio.

We had a fantastic stay! The property offers beautiful views and is within easy walking distance of downtown. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and watching the boat traffic. A special bonus was the view of the Spanish fort, which is stunning when illuminated at night.The only minor drawback is that this is a first-floor unit, so noise from guests staying above can occasionally be heard. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

It was a fantastic room with a *really fantastic* view. Located at the foot of the Bridge of Lions, a quick walk across the bridge to the historic district and then bang! Just a couple of blocks to St George Street. Really the best stay we’ve had in St Augustine and we’ve visited four times.
