Thoughtfully designed with a bedroom and bathroom on each level, this home offers comfort, privacy, and peaceful surroundings—perfect for couples, friends, or small families.

Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace, sip your morning coffee on the outdoor patio, grill up dinner under the stars, or explore all that Galena has to offer just minutes away. Whether you`re unwinding at the Owner’s Club or heading out for skiing, shopping, or trail rides, your perfect getaway starts here.

BEDROOMS:
• Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a dedicated desk space
• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed with shared bathroom access
• Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeper sofa in the living room

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with essential cookware, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a dual drip and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining area or step outside for a peaceful patio breakfast.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane grill is available on the patio with seating for four. Propane is provided, and guests are asked to clean the grill after use.

FIREPLACE:
The home features a wood-burning fireplace in the living room—perfect for cozy nights in. Guests must provide their own firewood.

OWNER`S CLUB AMENITIES:
Guests have access to the Galena Territory Owner’s Club, located at 2000 Territory Drive, Galena, IL. Amenities include:
• Indoor and outdoor pools (please bring your own pool towels; bath towels are provided but not for pool use)
• Fitness center
• Game room and video arcade
• Basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts
• Greenspace trails for hiking and biking
• Shenandoah Riding Center, offering trail rides and lessons
• Lake Galena, offering fishing, boating, and kayaking

We’ve streamlined check-in and check-out for flexibility! Our professional cleaning team ensures every stay starts fresh and comfortable. If you`d like a little extra time to ease in or out, we recommend booking the night before or after.

🔥 Grills & LP Tanks:
Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.

✨ Starter Kit:
To help you settle in, we provide:
• 🧻 One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 🧼 One roll of paper towels
(If you’re staying longer or with a group, you might want to bring along a few extras just in case!)
