The upstairs is perfect for the kids get away with a TV and game center. The main floor has two master suites each with their own bathroom suites. Decorated like a model feeling the coastal setting from the minute you open the door.

Several bikes in garage for you to enjoy. Miles of bike and walking trails throughout. Multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, bocce, gym, and new kayak launch as well as other activities in club house.

Beautiful Peaceful well manicured community and homes and landscaping.

Beautifuland Peaceful. Well manicured landscaping and all around gorgeous community pools and homes. Kayaking too. Dock is so quiet and peaceful.

In a world of its own!

We loved this community with all of its amenities and short drive to the shopping in Ocean View and to Bethany Beach. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious and quick in answering any questions that came up.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. Close to the beaches and alot of things to do at Bay Forest. It is away from the crowds at the beaches and very relaxing. The house is beautiful. Would recommend it.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week and my grand children loved the ‘lazy river’ pool! The house was very nice and there was plenty of room for our large family. There were only 6 pool passes for all of us to share, so we were not all able to go to the pool at the same time, unless we brought a day pass for $5. But most of the time it worked out b/c we went to the beach and pool at different times of the day. Overall it was a great place and very convenient to the beaches and shopping.

Beautiful home and property

Home was just as described and the Bay Forest community is immaculate. Pool grounds great for kids and adults and new kayak launch is excellent.

Hi and welcome to our home! My husband and I fell in love with Bay Forest and have used our home for many a family vacation with our three children. Now our children are grown and either off at college or starting their jobs and we thought it would be lovely to share our favorite place with you and your families!

Bay Forest is the most special neighborhood at the Delaware shores. It starts when you drive into the community, you just feel amazing and it stays with you throughout your time in the home and the time spent on property at the amenities as well as in town and at the beach. The people who reside in Bay Forest are absolutely wonderful, warm, and inviting. The community has many amenities so you always have something to do....two clubhouses, multiple swimming pools, a game room with billiards, ping pong and board games; a full service gym; a barn with indoor basketball and pickle ball courts; outdoor tennis and pickle ball courts; miles of bike baths; a kayak launch into the bay (and we have two double kayaks for your use when you stay at our home).

The town offers some of the best restaurants at the Delaware shore and we have a book in the home with recommendations.
We have fully stocked the home so that you should have everything you need to make a wonderful vacation.
