We’ve put a lot of care into making the basement a comfortable place to stay. We live upstairs and although we’ve added extra insulation above the bedrooms, you may still hear some footsteps. If the noise ever bothers you, please let us know so we can do our best to make your stay more comfortable. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and hope you enjoy your time here.

-Thermostat-
The heating and A/C system is shared between the upstairs and downstairs, with the main thermostat located upstairs. However, we have a Nest with temperature sensors downstairs to help regulate the temperature based on your needs. Each bedroom is also equipped with a space heater for added comfort. If you’d like the temperature adjusted, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We want you to enjoy a 5-star stay!
