Welcome to your beach getaway! This clean and cozy condo, offers a perfect escape with private beach access. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, with stunning views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. It’s the ultimate retreat for relaxation or adventure! WiFi, parking, laundry and gym facility on site. Clean linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

Located in the heart of Surf City, close to all area attractions, local shops & boutiques, restaurants and more!!

The space
Come and enjoy your stay at our clean and well maintained condo, featuring modern amenities and a prime location with direct access to beach and a zero-entry pool! Our unit is on the 2nd floor.

Accommodations: Queen bedroom, twin bunk beds in common area and a pull-out sofa, comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Entertainment & Connectivity: Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi ensure you stay connected and entertained.

Workspace: A dedicated desk is available for any work or study needs.

Would’ve been nice to have a working keypad, more wash rags, and kitchen rags in general for cleaning. Idk if it’s just the app setup or not, but it was hard to find out which unit we were in initially. Everything was pretty clean, nice view and cozy little deck. Would stay here again.

Great place! Loved having beach supplies and it’s very clean. The only suggestion I have is to provide more bath towels. We only had 4 bath towels for 4 people for a 4 day stay. It would have just been nice to have a few extra.

Great place to stay. Very convenient location - close to the beach, stores, restaurants. I especially enjoyed the mornings sitting on the platform overlooking the beach. A great place to drink morning coffee! Very clean condo with everything provided. My only comment would be that we had three adults staying there but only two bath towels provided. But I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Surf City and Topsail!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, all the amenities we needed were provided. Communication was quick when needed. Perfect walking distance to beach and pool. We were all very happy with our stay!

Perfect stay for Memorial Day Weekend

The place exceeded expectations. We had a few minor issues that were resolved within immediate seconds of initial contact. We will actively seek out this condo when coming back to Surf City. The place was spotless and beautiful.

Our stay at Jasmine‘s property was better than we expected! The unit was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our two weeks stay. I loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella for us to use when going to the beach. The communication with Jasmine was excellent. Anytime I had a question I would get a response within the hour. Since there is no washer or dryer in this unit, we did utilize the shared laundry facility located inside the condo park. They were good quality machines and had no issues. The pool is very nice and located right next to this specific unit which we loved. same with beach access - super close to this unit and we would go to the pool and beach every single day. I would highly recommend booking this condo if you are wanting super close access to the beach and to be located directly in surf city. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Condo was super sweet! Decorated beautifully. Great view of the pool. Centrally located in the complex so it was easy to get to the pool the laundry and the beach. Jasmine was super fast to get back with any questions we had.
