The house was very spacious and more than expected for the price. We came down to visit family and the location was perfect to everything we did. We will be returning in the summer and will most definitely try and get house again. Overall you must look into renting if you are coming with family and want to be close to many activities.

Great Experience!

Perfect house for a family vacation. Our family of 8 came to stay at the house. We had plenty of bathrooms for each smaller family and there were plenty of beds. The only thing I would advise is that if you are coming during the summer months- beware there is no AC in the house. There were plenty of fans and the Attic Fan and windows definitely helped. We are used to much hotter temperatures and this was not a huge deal for us, but was a little warm at times. Overall this house was perfect for us. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area again!

House was clean, beds were comfy, showers were hot! Very near all the sightseeing we had planned. Quick access to I-25 to get back to the airport on time.

Lots or room

We were very happy to find this home large enough for our family that was in a good location and at a great price. The dining room area was very spacious and a large enough table to fit our family of eight. The kitchen area had More than enough room for us to cook meals with enough cooking items. I would recommend the owners getting a pizza cutter and kitchen scissors since these items are regularly used but we made do with what we had and had no issues. The living room was very spacious and had one couch and two recliners. I would recommend another couch in the living room to provide extra space. There were five bedrooms that were clean with more than enough space to hang up clothes or to put everything in dressers. Each room also had a fan which was very helpful. I was a little leery of renting this home since it did not have air-conditioning. But they had an air system that worked out fantastic! We were gone most of the day and were able to cool down the home very fast once we returned in the evening. The downstairs family area was a little outdated but the furniture was comfortable and they had lots of games and also a ping-pong table which we used a ton. An added bonus was that the owner of the property stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a fun trip! He was very kind and friendly and even offered to take out the trash for us. All in all we were very pleased with his home and will be returning to use it on our next trip to Colorado.

In for a wedding

Enjoyed our stay immensely. It was so nice to not be on top of each other, kids had their own space, adults had room to relax, recharge and just hang out. Really loved the 3 bathrooms while getting ready for the wedding, sure made it a lot less stressful! Highly recommend 😊

Wonderful Home!

Great place for a weekend visit with our USAFA student. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of home cooked meals for our son and a his friends. Location was great to spend some time at the Garden of the Gods. We would definitely stay again in fall/winter/spring, but due to no air conditioning, probably would not use in the summer.

Our visit with our new grandson

The home was everything we needed and more. Very neat and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table and we had some great family meals from the kitchen as well as the grill! Convenient to stores and the highway making our visits to local attractions super easy. Highly recommend this home as your destination. Plus the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Clean and comfortable

Loved our time at this home. It was clean and comfortable. We did laundry while we were there. Very close to Garden of the Gods and easy access to I25. Loved Black Bear Diner for breakfast and Wyatt's Pub and Grill for supper. We would stay here again.

The home was spacious and provided a great family time together.

Our family met at this home away from home to spend time together and to visit my brother, sister-in-law, my niece, her husband and children who all live in CO Springs. My nephew, his wife and four children were visiting relatives there. They are from Jerusalem, so it was a great reunion. We liked having our own bedrooms, a nice kitchen to prepare breakfast and food to take to get togethers there. We especially liked having the walk-in shower and laundry so handy. The house was well prepared for us and we left it as clean as possible for the next party who visits. We would consider renting the home again when we have future family gatherings.

The house was perfect for our needs. We brought my portents who have limited mobility so the ranch layout was perfect. There were three bedrooms and two baths on the main level. There were also two TV's. The basement had another two bedrooms and a bath along with a third TV , ping-pong table, and games. My youngest was graduating college so this layout was great.
