BEACH + POOL LIFESTYLE

The Hangout House makes Gulf Shores easy. The beach is just 809 feet away, about a 3-minute walk, so beach days are simple. The heated community pool is only 36 feet from the house, visible from the front door and both decks, and shared only by the quiet 15-home East Fifteen Cottages community. It’s an easy setup for families and groups who want to go back and forth throughout the day without hassle.

OUTDOOR LIVING

One of the best features of the home is the main covered patio, made for slow mornings and easy evenings. It includes a dining table for 6, a swing bed, and a pool view. Downstairs, the covered carport area includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater, plus a Traeger grill with pellets provided. We also added cornhole boards for extra fun back at the house.

INSIDE

Inside, the home is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed for real group trips. The living area has comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a clean coastal feel that makes it easy to settle in after a day out. Smart TVs are also located in every bedroom.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This home sleeps up to 12 guests.

• Bedroom 1, downstairs: King bed with direct access to a full bathroom. This bathroom also opens to the hallway.
• Bedroom 2, upstairs: King bed with private bathroom.
• Bedroom 3, upstairs: Queen bed with private bathroom.
• Bedroom 4, upstairs: King bed with direct access to a full bathroom. This bathroom also opens to the hallway near the bunks.
• Bonus bunk nook, upstairs hallway: Built-in bunks, ideal for kids or extra sleepers.

The home includes 4 full bathrooms, which makes group stays much easier.

• 3 king bedrooms have direct bathroom access. One of the kings has its own private bath.
