Lake Erie Retreat with In-Ground Pool

**Pool is OPEN for 2025** Experience Lake Erie life in this locally-owned, owner-operated mid-century modern home. Ideal for families, couples, fishing, birders or outdoor getaway. Spacious driveway easily accommodates boats and trailers. Relax in the private, in-ground pool in season. Located midway between Huron and Vermilion, near Cedar Point, Sheldon Marsh, and Oberlin College. This stylish escape features decor that pays homage to the rich artistic and nautical heritage of the region.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Upstairs there are two inviting bedrooms—the first furnished with luxurious king-sized bed and the second with two comfortable queen beds. Each room is equipped with its own television.
Cotton and Egyptian Cotton Linens provided.

Downstairs has a full-size Murphy Bed that can be made up upon request.

BATHROOMS:
Upstairs: newly remodeled, spa-like bathroom with built-in Bluetooth speakers and colored lights, adds a touch of luxury to your retreat. Soaker tub and shower.
*Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash by Public Goods provided. Public Goods provides clean, sustainable products.

Downstairs: Bathroom with shower, close access to pool.

KITCHEN:
Newly remodeled, modern kitchen boasts pristine quartz countertops and all the supplies needed for cooking family meals.

*Pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender

Comfortably furnished dining and living areas complete the perfect blend of style and relaxation throughout the home. Home is stocked with popular board games, puzzles and reading material for the whole family.

SWIMMING POOL:
Pool is open for 2025 and will remain open through early October. Heated until night temps drop into the 40s/50s. In order to ensure a safe, clean pool, service will be scheduled for stays of 4 or more days. We strive to do this early morning and generally takes less than an hour. No access to the home interior is required for pool service.

BARBECUE GRILL
Natural gas barbecue grill is available for use April–October. Basic grill utensils and grill mats provided

Enjoy views of the in-ground pool comfortably from the sunroom or lounge on deck. Outdoor seating is provided for dining and lounging, complemented by a cozy 3-season room where guests can unwind regardless of weather.

YARD
Large front and backyard. Please stay within The Lazy Frog's yard.

Home has 4 televisions with Roku and basic cable.

THINGS TO NOTE:
You will have private access to the entire property, yard and pool area excluding garage and basement storage area. There are a few locked owner's cabinets.

NOISE CONSIDERATION:
As is the case all along Lake Erie in the Vermilion/Huron area, there is a busy train track about 1/2 mile south of the property.
