Welcome to The Indoor Oasis!

Just 20 minutes from Cedar Point and Sandusky, you're perfectly located to explore a variety of nearby attractions!

Amenities: Rain or shine, you can enjoy the indoor heated pool: perfect for year-round relaxation and fun! Unwind in the cozy two-person hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna, or head to the game room for some fun that brings everyone together. Whether you're looking to relax or play, our amenities offer something for everyone.

IMPORTANT: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, noise disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Noise violations will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

Bathrooms
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom for guest use!
There's 1 full bathroom with a shower attached to the king bedroom
There's 1 full bathroom with a shower/bathtub located outside of bedroom 2&3 upstairs

PLEASE NOTE: The second living room is located on the lower floor of the house and there is NOT a bathroom located on that floor. If sleeping in there, the nearest bathroom is upstairs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and will be the only guests on site.

SAFETY: The pool room is equipped with a smart lock that requires an assigned code to enter. The code will be the same as your front door code, which you'll recieve prior to your stay. Please keep the pool room door locked when not in use (and overnight!). This code is not to be shared with children. If you need your code switched at any point in time during your stay, we can change it for you virtually. The pool room door also has an upper deadbolt lock that's out of reach for small children. Please always use this lock in addition to the door handle lock when the pool room is not being used.

Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are on every floor. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. A fire escape ladder is located in the master bedroom closet.

Exterior cameras: We have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is a doorbell camera, located to the right of the front door, and the other is a flood light camera located above the garage on the left side. Both cameras face the front of the property.

Pool rules: No lifeguard on duty- use the pool, sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. No glass in the pool room. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, diving, or rough play. Limit hot tub and sauna use to 15 minutes per session. Do not use hot tub if the temperature is above 104 degrees. No children in the hot tub. No loud music or disruptive behavior. Do not use the hot tub or sauna while pregnant or if you have health conditions

Entertaining Spaces

THE KITCHEN: comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal at home (for up to 8!). We also provide coffee, cream, sugar, and some snacks for your enjoyment.

THE DINING ROOM: comfortably seats 8 and there are an additional 2 bar stools at the kitchen island.

THE LIVING ROOM: seats 8 and features a 50 inch Roku smart TV.

THE GAME ROOM: located right outside of the pool room, this room features 2 arcade machines, a Foosball table, a wall mounted ring toss game, and a wall mounted connect 4 game. Additionally, the room is stocked with a selection of board games!

THE POOL ROOM: features a 16x32 heated indoor pool and water slide as well as a 2-person hot tub. The pool is 3.5ft deep in the shallow end and gradually extends to 8 ft deep in the deep end. THE POOL AND SPA HEAT ARE BOTH ALREADY INCLUDED IN YOUR NIGHTLY RATE! The pool room is equipped with an Alexa speaker so you can enjoy listening to music while you swim!

SAUNA: The home features a sauna on the lower level that heats up to 104 degrees. Please allow 30-60 mins for the sauna to fully heat.

THE SHED: located on the patio just outside of the pool room, we've stocked the shed with plenty of pool toys for guest use! There are beach chairs and fishing poles available for you to use as well.

PATIO: The patio area is located outside of the pool room and features a picnic table and gas BBQ grill.

PARKING: It's important to note that our property can only accomate 6 TOTAL VEHICLES. No off street parking is available per the city. We cannot allow boats or RV's. We have a 2-car garage that's available for guest use as well as 4 additional driveway parking spaces.

NATURE NOTE:
Our property is located in a wooded, rural area, so you may come across the occasional bug—especially during the warmer months. To help keep this to a minimum, our home is professionally treated on a quarterly basis by Greenix Pest Control.
