Step into a bright, modern, and spacious single-level home designed for comfort and fun. The open concept living space features a stylish living room with an oversized couch, a cozy electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully stocked chef's kitchen.

**Connectivity: Enjoy high-speed 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi. Smart TVs in all rooms are equipped with Sling TV & Amazon Prime for your entertainment.

**Extra Bedding: Two air mattresses are available for your use if needed.

**Amenity Upkeep: To ensure the hot tub stays sparkling clean, we provide simple instructions for maintaining water quality during longer stays. Should the propane for the grill or fire table run low, refills are conveniently available at a nearby Walmart shopping center just 2 miles away.

**Additional Services: For longer stays, housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional cost.
