Situated on a spacious lot on a secluded culdesac so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the serene atmosphere. This 2024 RENOVATED HOME boasts a BOHO Chic interior design and was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2024 featuring all new cabinetry, brand new appliances, new quartz countertops, as well as wood inspired floors throughout. All bathrooms feature designer tile, new showers and all new designer plumbing fixtures. Perfect home layout featuring a primary bedroom suite, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a separate vanity and another half bathroom that serves as a cabana bathroom for easy access when using the restroom from the pool. Extra interior storage and beautiful vaulted ceilings make this home very efficient, spacious and a delight to entertain. Highly desirable for a vacation rental. Spacious 2 car garage attached via breezeway. All furnishings, linens and housewares are included! Move right in! Spacious backyard ideal for family pets, cookouts, and everything outdoors. Fantastic place to stay. The location was peaceful and quiet with quick access to everything you need, including the beach (5 minute walk). The yard/pool were well maintained with a nice setup from the deck down to the pool. The house was clean and spacious with most everything we needed. Evan's communication was great before we arrived as well as once we were there. We had one issue to address on our 2nd day. He responded within 15 minutes and we had no need to get in touch again during our two week stay. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks Evan

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, freshly updated, and felt very well maintained. It was spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. The host was responsive and helpful—answering questions promptly and even sending over a few extra hangers when we needed them. A great place to stay!

A Great Get Away Home!

We had an amazing long stay at this beautiful home on Sanibel. This property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with the things we need for a family vacation.The layout of the house was perfect for our family – plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the beach (5 minute walk).The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free.We would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located home on Sanibel.

Very good location. Clean house nice pool close to beach. Emenities are not great. No grill. Broken coffee maker. Patio creiling fan dosent work. Evan is a nice young man but not very helpful. We locked ourselves out of the house and his answer was for us to call a locksmith. No thanks to him, we found a locksmith open at 6pm, and 200 later we got back in. Evan came over a couple days later with a key ( the house has a combination dead bolt but we made the mistake of locking the door handle from inside before leaving- it needs a key that was not originally supplied. Sanbel is great, house location is very good, furniture is ok. No towel racks or toilet paper dispensers - it was just redone so im sure they will resolve these things. We went two weeks without patio fan despite mentioning it to evan on day 2. Overall its a good house that just needs some finishings- especially the patio ceiling fan this time of year and TP dispensers.

Unfortunately we could not get the fan fixed during your stay. We were very sorry we were unable to get you a spare key when you locked yourself out of the house during the weekend. There is a set ok keys in the house available for all guests. Evan was happy to get that key to you on Monday. We attached the towel and TP holders that were not attached during your stay! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again soon!
