The home Iooked as advertised. The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances that we used worked properly. With that, the fridge's water filter monitor light indicating it's time for a replacement was on which is concerning because who knows how long the light has been on. Also, the washer smells of mildew when on which brings me to as this question. What compels you to ask guests to wash used towels as part of the checkout process? This is one of several reasons why i will never repeat my business with this company- nor refer anyone. My biggest issues were the fact that the business office was closed at 3:58pm although i received information the office would be open until 4:30pm. We arrived to find several folders in a bin that included guest's property information (address, entry codes and other sensitive information). There's no regard for the safety and security and to add to my dismay, the padlock malfunctioned resulting in our inability to enter the house for hours. After CALLING several times for assistance, I received unepathetic, dismissive TEXTS offering another property until the following morning. Maintenance finally arrived after several calls and texts. The police officers that we called for assistance were also taken aback by this and left a vm on our behalf. There should be contingency plans in place and clearly there is not! Lastly, I have yet to receive any communication. A follow up call would have been nice! Poor customer service!
