Summary:
This beach condo is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina near the Golden Mile! The complex is oceanfront and in a highly desirable area! You will enjoy being steps away from the ocean AND just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!
Minimum booking age: 25
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Elevator available - 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Kuerig coffee machine.
Family room: Renovated! Access to large oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 1: Surreal ocean views! 1 king bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Beautiful shower.
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Balcony: Spacious! Overlooks our gorgeous coastline and complex pool! **IMPORTANT NOTE: AS PER HOA, BALCONIES ARE CLOSED AND MUST REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO STAND, SIT, OR IN ANY WAY USE THE BALCONY AT ANY TIME. ANY PERSON SEEN ON A BALCONY SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY CITED FOR
VIOLATING A LIFE SAFETY POLICY. **
Amenities: The complex has an outdoor pool. HOA owned and operated.
Beach: Directly beachfront!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet).

The complex is located in an amazing section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.
No pets allowed.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
