This property comes with a “street legal” 6-passenger Golf Cart, included in the price! Pool can be heated!

This beach house accommodates NINE (9) guests and comes with a private heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping for a moment of tranquility. There is an additional fee for pool heat.

Take a relaxing walk to Whale’s Tail for coffee or cocktails to watch the sunrise or sunset. Enjoy a golf cart ride to indulge in some delicious local seafood overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Captain Dave's or The Crab Trap or for a romantic dinner, the Beach Walk Cafe at The Henderson is absolutely stunning at sunset. Experience hand rolled ice cream at Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream just .7 miles or a short 10-minute walk away. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is less than 4 miles away and offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 7-mile drive! - Amenities include a private pool, outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 5 flat-screen TVs, free WIFI, covered front porch and screened back porch, air conditioning and central heating, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels.
- A camera is located outside by the front door and over the garage for additional security.
- An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper, 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent
- BEACH/POOL TOWELS ARE NOT OFFERED
- Beach chairs (6), beach cart and beach umbrella provided. We also offer a cornhole board for some fun by the pool.
- POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
- Driveway will accommodate 4 standard size vehicles.
- Fabulous Destin Beach location - Within walking, biking and golf carting distance of the beach with beach access.
- Less than .4 miles to white sand beaches and turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters!

**Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not offered as they are not permitted on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service** There are several public beach accesses within a half mile of the home.

- NO smoking in home, on porches or balconies or within 10 feet of structures
- Pets are allowed - PET DEPOSIT REQUIRED and is NONREFUNDABLE. Guest must notify owner of type of dog and MAX is TWO (2) dogs.
