I was surprised with the high cost of additional dog fee for the condition of the property. The property desperately needs upgrades. Sliding glass door off the kitchen was leaking when it rained (was reported). All fixtures are corroded. Doors tore up. Carpet tore up in places. When we arrived it looked like what appeared to be coffee spilled on the counter. I questioned if the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. Then I received instructions to clean the place before checkout. I thought the cost of cleaning was included in the fees paid. The best part was the deck chairs on the top deck, although not worth the cost.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the condition and cleanliness of the home did not meet your expectations upon arrival. This does not meet the standards we strive to provide and we sincerely apologize that this affected your stay. The additional pet fee is noted in the home’s description, but we apologize if this was not clear when you booked. We also appreciate you bringing the leaking sliding door and other maintenance concerns to our attention. We will share your feedback regarding the fixtures, doors, carpeting, and overall condition of the property with the homeowner for their consideration. Guest feedback is valuable in helping identify areas for future updates and improvements. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the top deck and its chairs, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

This property had the most beautiful view. The home was pet friendly. The parking was a bit difficult. The management was very responsive to our every need or concern. Very easy to deal with.
