We enjoyed our time at this property. It was nice, quiet, spacious & comfortable. The 1st floor location was great & close to most everything! The only downfall was the beach. It was difficult to walk on cuz it was slanted so much from the sand being washed away from the waves crashing into the shoreline & it was extremely windy!

We’re really glad you had a comfortable and relaxing stay and that the first floor location worked out well for you. Beach conditions can definitely change from day to day depending on tides, wind, and recent weather, especially here on the east coast. Some days are calm and flat, and others can be a bit more active like you experienced. We appreciate you staying with us and hope your next visit lines up with one of those picture perfect beach days. Warm regards, The Management Team

Roomy

This one-bedroom had plenty of room, a complete set of dated low-end appliances, and some privacy concerns. The king-size bed was lumpy. The beach is steps away and supposedly has good viewing for rocket launches (none happened while we were there). A large pool between building and beach attracted many users. Unlike almost all other units, there is a corridor between the ground-floor condo porch and the pool with a lot of foot traffic. People would naturally look in unless the curtains were pulled. Took some fiddling to get TV to work (tab the Roku remote to the 2nd Fire option, then use conventional remote). Assigned covered parking is within inches of Unit 102. Entrance is shared with the management office. Staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Luggage carts available. Variety of restaurants nearby, some very good with matching prices. Islands Fish Grill superb but hard to find; look for "no parking except" signs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you found the condo spacious and appreciated the proximity to the beach, pool, and local dining options. We also appreciate your kind words about our staff—we always aim to provide a welcoming experience. Regarding the location and privacy concerns, we understand how important that can be. The VRBO listing photos do accurately show that this condo is located behind the pool, and we encourage all guests to review the images and description closely to ensure the layout suits their preferences. We also appreciate your notes about the bed comfort and TV setup—those comments will be shared with our team and the unit owner for review. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again and giving us the chance to provide a more comfortable experience.

Very clean and roomy condo. I do wish there was a mat on the porch floor, so that less sand would come in. Thank you otherwise, it was a wonderful day.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you found the condo clean, spacious, and enjoyed your stay. We also appreciate your suggestion about a mat on the porch. It's a great idea, and we completely understand wanting to keep the sand outside. Unfortunately, we've found that outdoor mats can trap moisture and, over time, stain or damage the concrete on the balconies and porches, so we've chosen not to use them to help preserve the property. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for another wonderful visit! Best regards, The Management Team
