Mid-Century modern home with an open floor plan in a quiet neighborhood. Located near Versailles Road and Cardinal Hill Hospital. Close to Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland. 10 minutes from downtown. Small pet friendly (<25lb) with a large fenced in backyard. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Extra Trundle bed and desk in one of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee / tea. Wifi. Large rear patio. Large screened-in porch. Carport and plenty of parking.

Welcome to Lexington! We're host James & JoAnne Burris. We hope your stay is restful and relaxing. There are many wonderful things to see and do here, and this home is centrally located for easy access to downtown, Keeneland, the University of Kentucky, and much more.
The Pine Meadows neighborhood is a great place to enjoy a quiet walk or a more vigorous run - as the case may be. We have two city parks within a ½ mile distance (Pine Meadows Park and Addison Park). However, one of our favorite things to do is to simply pull up a chair on the breezeway and take in the sights and sounds of nature from the large tree-filled backyard and adjacent woodland.
